Casa Cristina is a two-story house sleeping up to six adults.  It has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one bed-sitting room, three bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living/dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. 

Both bedrooms on the upper floor have ensuite bathrooms.  The house has gas central heating, satellite TV (BBC, Sky, etc.),VCR, iPod station, a CD/DVD player, broadband internet access and a printer.  An internal staircase leads to the lower floor where you'll find one bedroom with twin beds and a large bed-sitting  room with a double sofa bed.

The bathroom on the lower floor has a bathtub/shower while the upper bathrooms have showers.  The lower floor has its own entrance and a kitchenette for added flexibility.

Arriving at Casa Cristina, an outer staircase leads to the main entrance and a large front terrace, great for drinks and taking in the view.  The back patio is ideal for shady al fresco meals and drinks and our bocce (boules) court has night lighting.  Orange, lemon, almond and olive trees surround the house and a fig tree delivers delicious fruit.  The one-car garage contains a washer and dryer.  The stairway to the pool area behind the house is gated.

Services

The property is cleaned and linens are changed to start every rental and weekly thereafter.  The garden and pool are well maintained.   Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed.  Our local agent will welcome you to the house and she is available for cooking and other services by arrangement.
